Join the thinkers, doers, and leaders who enjoy exploring and supporting the humanities in South Carolina!
SC Humanities is working harder than ever to create opportunities for all South Carolinians to engage humanities-based cultural and educational opportunities. Through funded programs like our Speakers Bureau, Let’s Talk About It book discussion series, conferences, films, festivals, oral histories, Smithsonian traveling exhibits and literary projects, we reach more than 250,000 people annually in both urban and rural settings.
We can’t do it without you!
SC Humanities receives funding from the National Endowment for the Humanities as well as individual, corporate, foundation, and institutional contributors. To fulfill our commitments to the people of South Carolina and to meet the demand for new and diverse offerings statewide, please consider becoming a partner in the work of SC Humanities by making a contribution today. We receive no support from the state of South Carolina and are not a state agency.
