The monthly Active Adult Series at the Horry County Museum will continue on January 15
th at 1:00 PM with a program on the history of transportation in Horry County. From dugout canoes, to steamboats, trains, cars, and planes, learn the history and impact that these different methods of transportation had on the residents of, and visitors to, Horry County. The Active Adult Series is held the third Tuesday of each month and is perfect for new residents to the area, or lifetime locals who want to learn more about the place that they call home.
The program will be held at the Horry County Museum, located at 805 Main Street, Conway SC. This series is free and open to the public, seating will be available.
