Arts Council of York County Annual Celebration

The Arts Council’s Annual Celebration includes highlights from the past year, presentations of the Ben Ardrey Volunteer Award and the Business & the Arts Award. The recommended slate of board members and officers is presented, and outgoing board members are recognized.
