Homo Naledi Fossils Discussion

The Horry County Museum will host a discussion by Coastal Carolina University Anthropology faculty on the Homo naledi (meaning “Star”) fossils discovered in South Africa on Saturday, January 12th. Participants will watch several video clips about the deep cave excavation and examine 3D printed casts of the fossils to understand what this discovery means for human evolution.
