WWII Documentary “War Stories”

Hosted by Fred Gehle:  Join us for a special viewing of “War Stories”, a documentary featuring interviews with local CSRA World War II veterans. The 70-minute video, produced by Mark Albertin, won an award from the Georgia Archives organization as a noteworthy historic documentary covering area history.

In addition to the video, we will also have the book, “In Their Own Words:
Augusta and Aiken Area Veterans Remember World War II”. The book contains transcribed comments from 147 selected veterans and will be available for purchase.
