The University of South Carolina Sumter in partnership with the Sumter County Cultural Commission will present “Swan Con: The Sumter Comic Arts Festival” on March 6-7, 2020. The “town and gown” partnership is free and open to the public. South Carolina Humanities supported this program with a Fast Track Literary Grant.
